Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

The apartment is nicely located in a quiet area on Fergefjellet in the centre of Kristiansand. This is on the 2nd floor of a semi-detached house with all the facilities you need for short or longer stays. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, TV and internet, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, dining table, sofa and otherwise bright and pleasant. Very peaceful and quiet area in the centre, with hiking trails and swimming opportunities in the immediate vicinity. If more than 4 guests are staying overnight, I must be contacted to add 2 extra beds.

Only a few minutes walk to Markensgate, the fishing jetty and Kilden. The apartment was fully refurbished in spring/summer 2022. The apartment has a living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom and 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have two beds that can be put together to form a double bed and have their own TV with Chromecast. Outside there is a nice place to sit in the backyard.

Utestue med ildsted kan lånes ved forespørsel. Badeplass i elva 50 m fra hytta . Mange turstier. Robåt kan lånes fra ca april til ca november. Mye småfisk i elva. Trenger ikke fiskekort.

It takes about 25 mins. to drive to Dyreparken, 20 mins to Kristiansand city center and 3 mins drive to grocery store. There are also public transport nearby.
