The studio is located 5 minutes from the city beach, 2 minutes from the pedestrian street and 10 minutes from the ferry. In the studio, you will find a sofa bed, a bathroom, a kitchen and a sleeping alcove with space for two. Freshly washed bed linen and towels will be provided for you. We have also updated the apartment with new furniture this year! There are good bus connections on the neighbouring street, with a direct bus to both Sørlandssenteret and the zoo.

Only a few minutes walk to Markensgate, the fishing jetty and Kilden. The apartment was fully renovated in spring/summer 2024. The apartment has a living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom and 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have two beds that can be put together to form a double bed and have their own TV with Chromecast. Outside there is a nice place to sit in the backyard.
