Welcome to our cabin, located in a quiet area by a lake. The cabin overlooks the lake, and you can experience the northern lights and midnight sun from the living room window. The area has varied opportunities for hiking, outdoor activities and experiences all year long. Please feel free to ask us for tips :) Please note that the bunk bed is partially open and is not suitable for small children. Small children can use the bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, or a removable floor mattress. The cabin has a hot water tank of 120 liters, there is hot water for 3 - 4 people.

From the road, there is a gentle uphill slope that you have to walk about 800 metres along the tractor road. In winter, skis or snowshoes should be used. The cabin has 4-5 sleeping spaces divided into 2 bedrooms. Access to hot water and shower, as well as electricity and heat pump. It is also a nice and quiet place where you can relax with a good book,TV bonfire outside, etc. The northern lights can be seen often in winter 😀 In the summer, there are many opportunities for hiking in the mountains and fields, and in the autumn, it is a great area for picking berries and mushrooms.

If you come from abroad, the easiest way to get here is to fly to Alta and rent a car. Getting from Alta to Kokelv is about 2 hours. You can access by car to the front of the entrance area. The house contains 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a TV room with a double sofa bed.
