Turelv Gaard is a a fantastic and welcoming place to stay in a stunning location. We had a grest time as a family of 4 with lots of space. The sauna was a great highlight along with a refreshing dip in the stream. We were fortunate to see the northern lights and also enjoyed some skiing on the local slopes. The house is really well equipped and set out with everything you could need.

Awesome! Something happened during booking and we were rebooked to another home. Host fixed everything with no change in price and made sure the stay was a huge success! The other accommodation was in great condition, well maintained, clean and lovely views. Still walking distance to the center of Hammerfest and all it has to offer. Many thanks to Kaja for going the extra mile and making sure we had a wonderful weekend in Hammerfest.

Vebjørn and his place really saves us when bad weather stopped our travel further north. Vebjørn responded quickly and made sure the house was ready for us on very short notice. Although our short, one-night stay limited the possibility to explore the premises and the surroundings, everything looked very good. We arrived and left by taxi, so we have no experience with other means of transport to and from the house.

Very nice house, large, comfortable and super equipped. We had a great time. Karina was very kind and ready to answer all our requests.

Newly renovated, clean and tidy home with good standards. Well-equipped kitchen with cozy dining area. Living room with large flat screen with comfortable seating. Sunshade on windows, and roller blinds in the bedrooms. Great patio with more seating areas. Shop and restaurant with take away only 2 minutes walk. About 2.5 km into the city center. We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and surrounded by beautiful nature. A frozen river was nearby, and we even had the chance to go on a dog sledding ride just a short distance away. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for peace and a deep connection with nature. The highlight of our stay was witnessing the breathtaking Northern Lights—an unforgettable experience! Highly recommended!

Great accommodation and great location in the middle of the village

Charming cabin ideally located on the road to the North Cape. Very quiet, the view from the terrace is splendid. Obviously the accommodation is a little dated but it is in part all its charm. Ingar is adorable and gave great advice.

Frank's place is very special and beautiful, the earth house is very cozy and comfortable. It has everything you need and is very clean. The host couple is very friendly and accommodating. The reindeer soup on the first night, by the open fireplace, was excellent. We can recommend this place without hesitation.

Very friendly host. Fantastically beautiful cottage, very cozy. Very quiet and quiet environment. We slept wonderfully and the jaccuzi was a plus for relaxing to leave again.

Ola’s cabin was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The area around the cabin was beautiful and provided the most stunning views to wake up to in the morning. The cabin was well equipped and furnished well. Everything you could need was included. Petrol Station with small shop was located 10 minutes down the road with bigger shops being located around 1 hour away. If visiting, i’d highly recommend the 2 hour drive to Nordkapp, the highest point in Continental Europe. The drive up the E69 has lovely scenery and there is a cafe, gift shop and museum. The drive is more than achievable as long as you have a AWD car. There are busses from Honningsvåg if that is more accessible. Overall, amazing stay. Thank you 🙏🏻

We had a great time at Frank's house. The house is well equiped and very cosy furnished. The hot tub is not usable in the winter but Frank provided a sauna instead which was awsome. We also did a snow mobile safari with Frank which was a lot of fun 😊.

We were fascinated by the photo shown on Airbnb - and in reality, the view is even better! This is an enchanted place, and Regina is a great host. We (2 couples) stayed for 5 nights and were truly sad to leave. The house is clean, has ample space, and has a great jacuzzi on the deck. We enjoyed Honningsvaer as the perfect home base for several excursions, such as a hike to the 'true' most northern point of Europe and a bird watching boat tour. Thus, all in all, we had a fabulous time.

The place was wonderful! The cabin is very small and spartanly furnished – but that's exactly how it should be! No noise, no technical noises, nothing. In return, you have a small shared bathroom and a shared kitchen. But it's superbly furnished, clean and you immediately feel comfortable. The host is extremely friendly. I would come back immediately.
