Short distance to the Reconstruction Museum, Polar Bear Club, Zigzag Road. 3-5 min walk to bus station, taxi, polar bears in the square and the harbour. 2.4 km to Meridianstøtta. Here there is good opportunity for hunting, fishing and mountain hiking just nearby. The area has many hiking trails of different levels of difficulty and length. In the winter there are good opportunities for all skiing and snowmobile activities with slopes nearby. Øksfjord is located about 30 km from the cabin and there you can take the ferry over to Sørøya which is Norway's largest island with no mainland connection. At the cabin you can see the northern lights dancing over the cabin on a clear winter evening or experience the light 24 hours a day on a summer evening.

It is modern equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need, floor heating in the bathroom, laundry room and entrance area. The bedrooms are quite spacious with good quality beds. During spring, summer and autumn a boat for 4 people, with an outboard engine, is available for rent. Perfectly situated for day trips around the area. :)

The apartment, built in summer 23, is modern with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room featuring a sofa area and TV, a cozy bathroom with a shower, a hallway, and a bedroom with a custom-built 150 cm bed. All rooms offer views of Hammerfest harbor area, Melkøya, and Håja. It's located on a side street, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. Unfortunately we don't have parking outside our house because the street is so narrow.
