One thing is for sure—if you’re visiting the Winelands and staying here, don’t overfill your itinerary. This is a place where you’ll want to slow down, soak in the beauty, and just enjoy the experience. Whether you’re lounging with a glass of wine, taking in the views, or simply appreciating the thoughtful design of the house, every moment here is special.

I'm not sure the photos can quite do it justice. The cabin is beautifully laid out with good quality finishes and a well thought out design / layout. Despite being in amongst some world class vineyards and not far from local amenities, it seems so peaceful and isolated. The hot tub was quick to get going and a perfect spot to sit and relax and do some stargazing. I can guarantee we will be recommending this spot to everyone heading to Stellenbosch and will likely be back ourselves in one of our next trips to SA and CPT.

We loved staying at Kim's cottage. Beautiful house, comfortable beds and cosy rooms. We could not have asked for more. We stayed as a family of 5 with kids ranging from 16 to nearly 2 years of age. I loved the baby bed in the main bed room. Such an awesome little place to sleep for our little man. The games cupboard and playhouse were also a treat. An emergency cupboard with essentials was available and they had a beautiful welcome basket available for us. Brilliant place. We had a lovely BBQ here, too. We met Hayley, Kim , their mum and the dogs. The views are stunning and surrounds are so beautiful. We would love to stay aagain for longr when we come back to the Stellenbosch area. The recommendation of the local vineyard was also very good. Loved the wine and the lunch... Too bad we only had one night here...

Wir verbrachten 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft und kamen richtig zur Ruhe. Alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht, die Anlage wird wunderschön gepflegt. Die Sonnenaufgänge sind ein Traum, die drei Hunde absolute Engel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden herzlich aufgenommen!

We spent about a week at Comine's place and found it amazingly beautiful, peaceful and well thought through. We particularly enjoyed the wood fired hot tub, proximity with nature, and the wide array of hiking available in the region... also Comine was super nice and responsive and we would blindly recommend other people to stay there...

Die Unterkunft von Janine war genau so, wie beschrieben und wie wir sie uns vorgestellt hatten. Der Check-In ins Apartment war einfach und wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr sicher in der Umgebung gefühlt und es hat Spaß gemacht, diese Ecke von Stellenbosch zu entdecken. Ein kleines süßes Extra: Der Nachbarshund! 🥰

Jane’s glasshouse is a peaceful and thoughtfully designed retreat, offering a perfect place to unwind while being close to the winelands. The setting is tranquil, with attention to detail that makes the space feel welcoming and comfortable. Jane is a gracious and responsive host, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Rafa, her friendly golden retriever, is a delightful presence, adding to the charm of the place. We had a restful time and would happily return when in the area.

I spent a week at Julie and Ian’s for some R&R after working in Cape Town for a few weeks before heading back to the UK. Window is exquisite. Great amenities, well appointed with top class fixtures and fittings (le creuset everything 👍🏼). It’s a haven’t of peace within easy reach of everything within the winelands. Bed is incredibly comfy and wonderful views from the balcony. Nothing is too much trouble for Ian or Julie. So welcoming and helpful and it was absolutely a home from home. Urge anyone who stays to take advantage of the walks around the estate, take in the zebra, wildebeest and springbok in the game reserve and taking a dip and sunbathe at their private dam and decking. Thanks so much Ian and Julie, I had a great week and hope to be back again.

Such a beautiful location. We loved the plunge pool in the gorgeous garden. What a view. We enjoyed watching the sunset on the mountains. Great location on the edge of Rustenberg Wine Estate, with its lovely gardens.
