You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

School House was built in Lauriston in the 1860's and was later transported to central Kyneton. Honouring the original character and charm, it has been beautifully restored and is surrounded by your own private garden, veranda, BBQ and entertainment area. School House has private entry. House is freestanding on a sizeable 1.5 acre property. The owners residence is on the same block of land facing perpendicular to this property (see photos for further clarification).
