We renovated a new house built in 2023 into an inn☺️ Join your family and enjoy your stay in a stylish place. And you can use early check-in and late check-out as standard❗️ A 3-minute walk to JR Otsu Station, 10 minutes to JR Kyoto Station, and about 40 minutes to JR Shin-Osaka.In addition, Keihan Electric Railway Kamisakae Station can be used, and access to Kyoto Sanjo and the west coast and shore of Lake Biwa is excellent❗️ The interior is clean and it is a beautiful house ^_^ Small children are also welcome😊 There are restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and tourist information centers around JR Otsu Station, which is a 3-minute walk away, making it very convenient. Otsu, which is near the inn, is not crowded like Osaka or Kyoto, so you can spend a very quiet and relaxing time, and it is a hidden gem that has access to major tourist spots ^_^ We have created a space where everyone can relax, with kitchen facilities, a projector, and a mobile TV😁 As a business, I use English to convey the charm of Japan and abroad to parents and children throughout Japan, and develop children who can think of from a global perspective.If you have time, I'd love to meet you and interact with you❗️ Make lifelong memories with us❗️

An entire house rental located only 20minutes train ride away from Kyoto station. The house is in a quiet and in the safe neighbourhood so you can ensure a good nights sleep after a big day in the busy city. 8 minutes walk from/to local train station (Ogoto-Onsen). supermarket, convenience store and restaurants near the station. The host can hold traditional tea ceremonies in a Japanese style tea room within the property, upon requests.. access> Biwako Valley ski resort!+mountain hikes+lake.

Azalea House is on the slope of Mt. Hiei, a world-heritage. To get there, drive 20 min. from Kyoto-Higashi exit on Meishin. Or ride the bus 30 min. from downtown Kyoto or 20 min. from JR Otsukyo Sta. and get off before Hieidaira convenience store. The host will meet you there. Bus service drastically reduced since Covid-19. Free parking space. Easy access to both Kyoto and Lake Biwa. Rich in nature. Completely detached, full privacy, handy & cozy like home.
