Το σπίτι κοιμίζει 8 άτομα και διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά χτιστα κρεβάτια και θέα θάλλασα, και ένα 3ο υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 μονά κρεβάτια. Επίσης στον χτιστό με τσιμετοκονία καναπέ μπορούν να κοιμηθούν 2 ενηλικές ή παιδιά, καθώς οι διαστάσεις των στρωμάτων είναι κανονικών κρεβατιών. Συνολικά διαθέτει 3 μπανια.
