The Cortijo del Pino is an accommodation in an authentic 19th century Andalusian farmhouse located in the country side 3 km from the city. It has 4 apartments of different capacity: Atrojes, Cuadra, Tinao and Torreón, distributed in the old agricultural units of the cortijo. The Tinao apartment occupies the old hayloft and warehouse of agricultural tools. A duplex, with an open mezzanine and a double bedroom with a vaulted ceiling. Surrounded by extensive gardens, swimming pool and parking.

We are offering our lovingly restored ,ancient and quiet villagehouse beside our big garden with views onto the Sierra Nevada mountains. The house is set in the romantic village of Jorairatar, ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet. Perfect place for walking and cycling activities and to explore this yet undiscovered part of the " Las Alpujarras " . Jorairatar has a couple of small supermarkets and the little town of Ugijar is only under 15 min cardrive away and provides most things.

The guest house is located on the same property as the main house. It has a 500m2 garden and a swimming pool for exclusive use, perfect for enjoying magnificent ocean and mountain views. A special place to disconnect. The property is 1.5 km from Motril, with its shops and services. Playa Granada (golf and water activities) and Sierra Nevada are 9km and 94km away, respectively. Ideal for getting to know the Costa Tropical area, enjoying the sun and tranquility!

You will live in the Albaicín and next to the Elvira Arch and downtown (10 minutes on foot). Next to a bus stop and with Parking nearby. You can stroll through the Mirador de San Nicolás, Plaza Larga, Sacromonte... You will have your own space with kitchen/living room, bathroom and bedroom. The front door is common and the stairs and the terrace, but the rest is independent. IMPORTANT: IT is a VERY QUIET house and is requested and seeks silence.

Disconnect from the routine in this unique and relaxing accommodation. "The Love Suite Niwalas is a cortijo for a romantic stay with your partner. There is a large 160cm bed, a bathtub and a kitchen. In front of the cortijo there is a small terrace for dinner or breakfast with views of the peak of the sierra Nevada. There is a fireplace, wifi and AC and washing machine. There is a swimming pool but it is shared with the owners of the house.

Great apartment in the backyard of my house. You will have a private terrace to enjoy magnificent views of Granada. We are in the center of Granada at the foot of the Albaicin. A 7-minute walk to the cathedral. A 3-minute walk to the bus or taxi stop. A 10-minute walk to Plaza de San Nicolás. A 20-minute walk to the entrance of the Alhambra. You have to climb stairs to get to the house. But that will make you enjoy silence and tranquility.
