The accommodation is comfortable and functional and also has private outdoor spaces. Ideal for 2 people (Not suitable for babies and young children). The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Stay at the Atelier du Voyageur a place where industrial charm meets the sweetness of the ancient countryside. This bright 110m2 triplex nestled at the foot of the Mandallaz & located just 11km from Lake Annecy comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a desk, an extensive living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The green garden and private parking complete this peaceful setting to recharge and create beautiful memories.

Our T1 bis is located above our garage, attached to our house. The entrance is independent, not overlooked, with a parking space available. We are in Cruseilles, a small town with all amenities, halfway between Annecy (20 minutes) and Geneva (20-30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the motorway entrance allowing you to easily cross the Savoie territory. In case of 2 guests sleeping in 2 separate beds, I ask for a supplement of €10 on the stay.
