Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

Come to this fantastic two-bedroom chalet, with all the usual appliances (and yes, with a/a) on a fully private 300-meter plot in Coto San José, about a 7-8 minute walk from Barrosa beach. It has a saltwater pool and chill out area on the front garden and a backyard with wooden pergola and barbecue . It is in a very quiet residential complex and has a large parking space, tooodo private!

Break away from your daily routine and relax in this magnificent little house very close to La Barrosa beach, just 400 metres away, with a separate entrance and a PRIVATE POOL AND GARDEN for EXCLUSIVE USE. It is a Loft in a single space where you can enjoy some wonderful days. The area is very quiet and at the same time very close to bars and restaurants. The property is for ADULTS ONLY, it is not adapted for children.
