The Pontoon is less than 150 m away. In the evening, the Barrière casino, a luxury establishment, is a very good choice for your outings and many restaurants are within walking distance. 60 m2 apartment with terrace in the golden triangle in La Baule, in a wooded and secure residence, very quiet. Located 2 minutes from Benoit Beach, nearby; the beach, restaurants and shops. Parking space. The apartment is very pleasant to live in, bright, bohemian style, inspired by my travels. A true haven of peace to stay alone, as a couple or as a family. Near Market, train station, Jumping, Atlantia.

Bright studio - Casino District

Very bright 25 m2 studio on La Baule, Casino district. 4th floor with elevator. Beautiful unobstructed view of the city. Quiet area. Easy parking + bike storage. 500 m from the beach. 950 m from the market. 1.4 km from the train station and 1.3 km from Avenue de Gaulle. PS: mattress topper for more comfort and due to some negative feedback on the initial mattress, put in place since July 30, 2024.
