For tourism or for work, for 1 night or 1 month, On the edge of the towpath, 50 m from the Francette bike, warm and quiet 3-star gîte, freshly renovated by us, (The exteriors remain to be finished). Living room with river view 100m away, the Mayenne. 1 double bed on the ground floor and 2 single beds on the mezzanine access by miller's ladder. (Not recommended for at least 3 years). Extra bed and cot available on request. Beds made on arrival, towels on request.

The entrance is through a veranda. You will then find the living room with fitted kitchen, bathroom with toilet, a first bedroom with double bed. Upstairs mezzanine with workspace, second bedroom with double bed, single bed in hallway Folding crib available.
