Upstairs, there is a bedroom with the option of separate sleeping arrangements: a 160x200 cm bed + a 140x190 cm mezzanine bed. An ideal pied-à-terre for a relaxing stay by the sea. Direct access to the beach for this house without a garden of 90 m2, which offers a beautiful sea view from all rooms, as well as a terrace of 25 m2 equipped with a small summer kitchen, overlooking the beach and the port, facing the sea over 180 degrees. Shops and the SNCF train station are a few minutes' walk away. It's really possible to come and enjoy your stay without a car! Some places have low ceilings, and people under 1.80 m will be more comfortable.

In a small quiet place at the end of a private road, La Casa Blanca welcomes you for a stay on the water 200 m from the beach and 400 m from the center of La Bernerie-en-Retz. Newly renovated and fully equipped accommodation (kitchen, bathroom, bedding, furniture and garden equipment). The accommodation consists of a master bedroom with adjoining toilet and bathroom, a second bedroom and a 20 m² living room/kitchen. Enclosed garden and not overlooked.
