On the ground floor, you will enjoy a pleasant living area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher). Upstairs, there is a bedroom with the option of separate sleeping arrangements: a 160x200 cm bed + a 140x190 cm mezzanine bed. An ideal pied-à-terre for a relaxing stay by the sea. The accommodation consists of a master bedroom with adjoining toilet and bathroom, a second bedroom and a 20 m² living room/kitchen. Enclosed garden and not overlooked.
