🏖 Welcome to La Bernerie-en-Retz! 🌊 A small holiday home in a prime location 50 m from the sea, right in the centre of town. The beach, shops, market and restaurants are within walking distance. On the ground floor, you will enjoy a pleasant living area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher). Upstairs, there is a bedroom with the option of separate sleeping arrangements: a 160x200 cm bed + a 140x190 cm mezzanine bed. An ideal pied-à-terre for a relaxing stay by the sea. I'm available for any information.

The property has a dishwasher and a washing machine. The rental is at an impasse so tranquility assured. Pets not allowed.

Since 2022 our architect house "les Vagues" is ideally placed to do everything on foot with direct access to the beach 50m away. It offers a magnificent setting for family holidays, with all the necessary comfort for a stay with peace of mind. The equipment is new to allow you a most pleasant experience. Our house faces south-west and is very bright thanks to its large bay windows overlooking the garden. Quality coffee will be waiting for you.
