For sleeping, on the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed that converts into a double bed in the living room. Upstairs, the cabin-style mezzanine, for kids and grown-ups, or 2 single beds await you.

Quiet 2-room apartment on the ground floor. 10 min from Aix-les-Bains and 30 min from Annecy, close to Semnoz, Féclaz, Revard ski resorts 30 min. It is completely refurbished. A bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, and a child's bunk bed, living room, equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Fridge freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Dolce Gusto, dishwasher, TV, raclette machine, kettle, toaster, outdoor lounge on very quiet shared land.

Charming renovated apartment in an old farmhouse, located in a small village in Savoy, on the side of the mountain, 10 minutes from Lake Aix les Bains and its thermal baths. In the summer, you will find many hiking and cycling trails in the surrounding area. But also not very far, paragliding, water skiing, via ferrata, boat ride, ... In winter, you will have the chance to be 40 minutes from the Feclaz, one of the best cross-country skiing areas in the region.

Between Lake Bourget and Mont Revard, in a quiet environment, you can enjoy recent and very comfortable accommodation, consisting of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. You are 20 minutes from the Revard station, a family alpine ski resort and the largest French cross-country ski area (140 km of slopes). You are also 20 minutes from Lake Bourget (the largest natural lake in France), and Aix les Bains, 30 minutes from Chambéry and Annecy.

We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.
