In a superb private mansion in the heart of the city with a view of one of the most beautiful squares in Nantes and located close to prestigious sites such as the Art Museum and the Castle of the Dukes, come and discover this 180 m2 apartment with refined, historical and luxurious decoration where each room is a journey. The apartment consists of two large bright living rooms, two bedrooms (king size bed and double bed), a boudoir (sofa bed), two bathrooms and a fitted kitchen.

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Domaine de la Houssaie house 4/6 people

This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children. The house is composed of a bedroom with its walk-in shower, a 2nd bedroom, an equipped kitchen/living room that can accommodate young and old, a living room with a double sofa bed. You can enjoy a terrace to take your meals or relax and an outdoor space of 3800m2 with swimming pool (from May 29 to the end of September). Our house is also on this property.

Surrounded by greenery (>1000m2), by a river (swimmable), you can enjoy the calm of this place, but also practice sports (Crossfit, tennis, volleyball, basketball, bike rides), games (ping pong, foosball, darts, board games) and fishing.

La Huche – Country House

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
