Exceptional 40 m² studio, Mont Dore hyper center

Unique charming studio in Mont Dore in the hyper center, south facing, with a balcony overlooking the park and mountains. Building facing the thermal baths, in the only listed building in Mont Dore that has largely contributed to the development of the city. This studio is the only one in this state with this level of services. In the past, the Queen of Romania came to stay. In 2018, France 3 TV even made a film about it. Completely renovated in 2020, all comforts and fully equipped. Capacity 2 people

Located in the very center, close to the thermal baths and all amenities, it consists of an entrance, a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped US kitchen. One bedroom with double bed in 160 as well as a double mezzanine bed in 140. A bathroom with shower and toilet. South and west facing with unobstructed views of the mountains and the park. Bed linen rental €10, end-of-stay cleaning €40.

Beautiful view of the Auvergne mountains.

The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. The SUPER-MURAT residence is located 1200 m surrounded by nature in a nice green setting, very quiet. From the balcony of your duplex you will have a view of the SANCY mountain range. You will be close to a body of water and the starting point for many hiking and cross-country skiing trails. Guests can also enjoy the water park, thermal baths and shops of LA BOURBOULE. The MONT DORE alpine ski resort is 15 minutes away.

Apt of 49 m2 in the city center of Bourboule, you will find the main square, restaurants, shops, casino, thermal baths, window park, everything is within walking distance.... There's a lot of hiking trails... In winter, a shuttle bus takes you down the Mont Dore slopes. It has a cellar for storing skis,bikes... You will find a raclette service, coffee maker, fan, hair dryer... There is space and very bright.
