This is a true gem.122yrs old Grenier Les Bouts is a free standing stone building for a couple.Closest chairlift is 7mins drive, 10mins drive to Morzine & 1hr15mins to Geneva. Outstanding views, top of the range exceptional accommodation. Ski, bike, walk, swim on the doorstep. Village setting. You won't be disappointed. We also own a spacious 3 bed property for 6 people along the road. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

Nice quiet little cottage.

"Summer Multipass" in the chalet (to do the activities for free) A lovely little two-storey chalet that includes an entrance with storage, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a lounge area and a wood-burning stove, all leading to a south-facing balcony. A toilet and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a WC. The first bedroom has 1 king-size bed, and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds. All 3 have storage space and access to a balcony.

The traditional farmhouse is presented with wooden architecture and features multiple balconies. Stacked firewood is arranged neatly in front, while a clear blue sky provides a contrasting backdrop. The well-maintained exterior reflects a calm residential environment.

Apartment composed of an equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, 2 bedrooms with a separate dressing room, a shower room, separate toilet, as well as an office area. Baby equipment (crib, high chair...) is available. A dozen hens occupy the house's old stable for good fresh eggs every day!

Independent ground floor apartment of 45 m2 with mezzanine, fully equipped and comfortable, a few minutes from the center of Maxilly sur Leman. Country setting and lake view with parking spaces. This one is between lakes and mountains. Minutes from Thollon les Memises and Bernex ski resorts. With a little more road you are at the gates of the sun. Lake Geneva is 5 minutes away to enjoy water activities.

Chalet 8 people, magnificent view

When we sought to realize our 30-year-old dream of having a pied-à-terre in the mountains, and we visited this chalet, we instantly felt at home and conquered by the magnificent and panoramic view it offers. Access may seem a bit "complicated" at first (70 steps)... During our first visit before the purchase, it seemed "too much" but, once inside, the inconvenience was swept away in 3 seconds!
