It consists of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom (about 75 m²). Large garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Child-safe swimming pool (8 x 4 m), shared with the owners. It is reserved exclusively for hosted tenants. (the pool is open as soon as the temperature and weather conditions permit).

Wooden house from 2022, 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed + 1 bedroom with 2 80 x 200 beds + convertible and comfortable sofa 140 x 190, located in a secure and quiet residential park. The pergola allows you to eat outside, away from the sun. The park has an indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a swimming lake, games for children and a city stadium. A large lake is 150 m from the park.

2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, toilet, private shower room. Private entrance, in house located on the heights of Apremont in Vendée with views of its 16th century Château. 5 min walk to the village (restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc.) and the lake with its beach, games for children, hiking..... Coming from the village, take the D 107, first house on the right with a palm tree and a fir tree on the lawn. If you see the end of the village sign, you've gone too far!

Hi, Come and enjoy a wonderful holiday in this beautiful studio on our 1,200 m² plot. A terrace will be available to welcome you during your meals. Swimming pool and barbecue on site. Spa on request with a supplement of 10 euros and the option of a massage and/or papouilles therapy. Rates to be confirmed :) Table football and a ping pong table are available. Many animals can be admired, such as rabbits, chickens, geese and ducks (each in its own enclosure). See you soon!
