This 65 m2 accommodation + 18 m2 bioclimatic pergola. Relaxing stay for the whole family up to 5 people. Wooden house from 2022, 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed + 1 bedroom with 2 80 x 200 beds + convertible and comfortable sofa 140 x 190, located in a secure and quiet residential park. The pergola allows you to eat outside, away from the sun. The park has an indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a swimming lake, games for children and a city stadium. A large lake is 150 m from the park.

Private entrance, in house located on the heights of Apremont in Vendée with views of its 16th century Château. 5 min walk to the village (restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc.) and the lake with its beach, games for children, hiking.....
