Charming small F2, completely renovated! 15 minutes from Place du Martroi and the SNCF train station! Nice and quiet neighborhood! Ideally located for walking distance to everything – close to all shops (Carrefour City 300 m away, open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. except Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.) and free parking in the neighborhood. However, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access and with narrow stairs, which does not facilitate the transport of luggage. But I'm here to help!

32 m² studio in the very centre of Orléans in a pedestrian street in the Old Town. It provides walking access to beautiful walks along the banks of the Loire, to a visit to our city through its history, and to local shops. Studio equipped with TV and Wi-Fi. It is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. We accept pets that respect the accommodation 😉. Bed linen, towels, a tea towel and cleaning are included in the rental. You will check in using a lockbox.

Quiet residence with secure access. Apartment on the 2nd floor, sleeps up to 4 people. Two separate bedrooms, an open equipped kitchen (with glass walls) on the SAM. Living room with a sofa and an armchair. Very spacious shower room with solid teak flooring. Private parking is available.
