Located on the ground floor of a building with pleasant views of a beautiful garden. You can eat outside while respecting the neighborhood (even if I am the only one to enjoy it, it is a common garden). It is in the city center, close to the theater, a 7-minute walk from the Orleans Cathedral. Easy paid or free parking 10 min walk on the banks of the Loire or adjacent streets.

32 m² studio in the very centre of Orléans in a pedestrian street in the Old Town. It provides walking access to beautiful walks along the banks of the Loire, to a visit to our city through its history, and to local shops. Studio equipped with TV and Wi-Fi. It is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. We accept pets that respect the accommodation 😉. Bed linen, towels, a tea towel and cleaning are included in the rental. You will check in using a lockbox.

Very nice apartment, 3 rooms, completely renovated, Design, Place de la Bascule. Located on the banks of the Loire, in a quiet area and a 7-minute walk to the old center. Quiet residence with secure access. Apartment on the 2nd floor, sleeps up to 4 people. Two separate bedrooms, an open equipped kitchen (with glass walls) on the SAM. Living room with a sofa and an armchair. Very spacious shower room with solid teak flooring. Private parking is available.

Independent access via outdoor staircase. Rented with a private parking space (but not covered). Direct access to the Loiret trails, close to the Loire by bike, 10 minutes' drive from Orléans. Despite proximity to the highway, no major noise disturbance in the apartment.
