You would have sole access to the whole property which boasts a large private garden with an orchard, swimming pool (not heated and therefore closed in winter months from mid September through till May), and BBQ facilities.

Within the Domaine de l'Orfraie, on the borders of the Vendée plain and bocage, the gîte de l'Orfraie is conveniently located between La Rochelle and Le Puy du Fou, the ocean and the Poitevin marsh.
