The house is in a quiet area 500 m from the market square and the main shops and restaurants within walking distance. The cinema is 200 m away. The municipal swimming pool is about 1 km away. La Charité is on the route of St Jacques de Compostelle and the Loire by bike. In 30 minutes, you can reach the vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly sur Loire or visit Nevers and its faience makers. Many festivals take place on site and every 3rd Sunday of the month there is a book fair

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Pharmacy, restaurant, bakery, newspapers on the avenue. It is located a 3 minute walk to the city center. The sofa bed is 22 cm, 120 x 190. The bathroom with window is equipped with a walk-in shower. Kitchen with essentials, washing machine. Ideal for an evening stopover or for a few days of visiting Nivernais.

L'Espérance vue sur la Loire et la vigne 2

You will be staying in a mythical place in Pouilly-sur-Loire: the former hotel-restaurant L'Espérance. The wedding room, with views of the vineyards and the Loire, has been transformed into two comfortable single-level accommodations. Enjoy a 20m2 covered terrace and a private courtyard for your vehicle. You will be only 200 meters from the city center and all amenities. For halloween we made a small decoration in the entrance airlock of the accommodation.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Cottage in the countryside (GITE)

For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)
