The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

Extremely kind hosts who are available to help and recommend for practical things, such as parking, garbage collection... the very clean accommodation, with plenty of sheets, towels, even from the sea, equipped with pots and utensils in abundance. The apartment has two entrances, a small terrace where you can spend your time pleasantly, the fantastic location, one of the most popular on the island, above Cala Gavetta, a marina that is a real gem just a step away from the historic center. To come back I would put the signature on it.

We enjoyed our four night stay in CANNIGIONE at Francesca Maria’s unit. While it was centrally located, it was nice to have off the street parking for days when we toured beyond the town. Also nice to have two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The unit is small but it has everything including a washer, good size refrigerator and comfortable bed. I would recommend this place to a couple or a couple with younger children. Thanks for everything Francesca.

really very close to the airport. 5mn walk. Without being disturbed by the noise. Shops within walking distance as well. It was perfect for our last day in Sardinia.

For us it is just the perfect location in spring time Sardegna. Quiet location in the middle of a big Olive Garden. Beautiful surroundings and still all the amenities you need.

Our stay couldn't have been better. The apartment was very cozy and in a very charming and quiet village. But above all we want to highlight the good deal with the host, she helped us by troubles and was flexible at all times, as communication with her was always quick and clear!! Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! We had a great time. Matteo sent us recommendations before the start of the trip and inquired directly after arrival if everything was okay. The property is very spacious and super clean. In the village there are some delicious restaurants, but the house is more on a quiet street. The beach in the place had nice water and was not too crowded when we were there at the end of September. To check out, his warm mom Monica even brought us local pastries. We had a great stay :)

We had a lovely week at this sunset home. Everything is done to make you feel good 😊 There is absolutely everything you need (or even more) in the kitchen, which is great when you arrive in Sardinia by plane. Thank you to the hosts for their responsiveness upon arrival and in particular for allowing us to enter the accommodation earlier than expected, it was very appreciated.

This is a beautiful apartment very nicely decorated and clean. It is in a really great location in the old district with amazing views and a lovely balcony to sit on. It was very hot when we visited, the air conditioning in the bedroom really helped and the bed was very comfortable. It was great to receive a welcoming bottle of wine and to find ice blocks in the freezer and a sun umbrella in the flat, which were essential on the beach. The only thing you need to aware of is there are a lot of steps up to and in the apartment, it's on three levels. as it's in the old town the roads are very narrow and parking tricky. But We were able to find parking in the square by the church opposite. Franco was very quick in responding to messages in all an excellent host. Thank you

Loved our stay and Elena was a fantastic host! We appreciated that she let us check-in early after an early flight. Views were lovely looking out at the harbour and flat was very spacious with good air conditioning to escape the Sardinian heat. Overall we had a very happy stay with our family and would highly recommend.

Good friendly communication, flexible, everything wonderful. It would be good to know that the window of the children's room opens to the neighbors' terrace. However, did not bother us because there were no guests there.

The host ist very responsive and the check in went well. The old town is a 30 minutes walk and there is a good and cheap restaurant in walking distance called „il visuvio“.
