Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Situated on the doorstep of the Morvan and numerous tourist attractions (the Guédelon Medieval Village, Vézelay, the Tannay and Pouilly vineyards, the Compierre archaeological site, etc.), this property will make an excellent base for exploring the region. An 18th-century mill with a head race on the banks of the Aron, set in a green setting at the edge of a small village of 300 inhabitants. Fully enclosed estate, swimming pool (heated in summer). We offer our house with all the facilities and features it includes, both inside and outside (BBQ, sun loungers, table tennis table, pétanque balls, etc.). Therefore, it is ideal for a stay with family or friends. You will have the place to yourself. There are no neighbours, so no one will be overlooking you.
