Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Le Chant des Mésanges is a self-catering gîte located in Drôme Provençale. Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, it offers a quiet, natural setting, ideal for families or groups of friends. The swimming pool and the pétanque court are shared with two other accommodation units on the estate: • Le Nid des Mésanges (sleeps 4) • La Bulle des Mésanges (2 guests) On the ground floor: equipped kitchen and bright living room with sofa bed and TV. Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
