A few steps from the sea, our 130 m2 house classified as a "3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation", is located in Lauzières (oyster village at the gates of La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré bridge). Composed of 3 bedrooms including one on the ground floor, a large living room of 40 m2, a large kitchen (basic condiments are present) of 30 m2, shower room and bathroom: And what if after an intoxicating walk by the ocean, you let yourself be tempted by the sweetness of a crackling fire?

Profitez d'une villa rétaise à 5mn à pieds de la plage de la Basse Benaie et à proximité des commerces de Sainte Marie de Ré. La villa offre des équipements haut de gamme. Toutes les chambres sont des suites et disposent de leur propre salle de douche. Il est également possible de stationner 1 véhicule (stationnement privé et sécurisé en plein air).

Located 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, Cap au p'tit pont welcomes you in a quiet and green environment. Part of the farmhouse, accessible independently, is entirely dedicated to you. A friendly space with a bistro atmosphere where you can have fun with leisure games as well as relax on the veranda with unlimited access to the spas just for you. Private 4x2 swimming pool open on May 1st, solar heating, so we cannot guarantee an exact temperature.

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

House of 250 m² on two levels, located in the heart of Saint-Martin-de-Ré. Outdoor parking space depending on the season and small furnished courtyard. Small townhouse near forest, 500 m from Les Conches beach, surfing, pool from May to September. Bed linens for the room included in the rental price. Pull-out sofa in the living room (sleeps two people), provide sheets for small beds 90 x 190, duvets and pillows. Not included in the rental. Possibility to provide sofa bedding on request (€5 per set). Towels are also available on request (€5 per person) No Wi-Fi

Villas Véronique, a piece of paradise on Ile de Ré. A unique place for a new approach to luxury. Superb villa with private heated pool with sea 50 m away. The living room is open to the outside. A bedroom with a double bed and high-quality bedding connects to the living room through a large carved rosewood door. The second bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom has a natural stone walk-in shower.

Our house is close to downtown St Pierre d'Oléron (5 min by bike) and the port of Cotiniere (15 min by bike). You'll love the cellar for its comfort and tranquility. The place is good for families (with kids), 2 master bedrooms and a kids' bedroom. 3 bike rentals nearby.
