It consists of a main room on the ground floor with a fitted kitchen and a small reception room, a bedroom with a double bed of 120 cm, a laundry room and a bathroom - toilet. Upstairs a living room with TV, sofa and desk for teleworking. The property has internet (livebox and TV), washing machine, dishwasher. Quiet, the accommodation has an exterior away from prying eyes with a south-facing view.

A unique spa area is featured, with a jacuzzi built into the natural rock. Soft lighting highlights the stone walls and ceiling, creating an atmospheric environment. A small table is set next to the jacuzzi, accompanied by decorative items and a cozy rug on the floor.
