Gigantic ocean view from the wooden terrace 5 min to the playa, promenade and supermarket. In addition, booking Casita is possible as a 2nd bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette for another 1-2 people. It is not always available, as separate private booking is also possible. Pato Lucas is at less than 200 mt from San Sebastian or La Cueva Beaches. You always rent the whole boat without sharing it, (just stay, not to sail)

The house is ideal for a large family or a group of friends, as it has three small apartments that can accommodate a total of 6 adults and up to 4 children.

The original structure of what a school was still preserved today, although much of the house has been renovated over time.
