L'appartement est composé d'un hall, d'une SDB + wc, d'une pièce à vivre (cuisine et canapé convertible) ainsi qu'une chambre avec lit parapluie. Pour accéder à celle-ci, il faut passer par la pièce à vivre. Une terrasse située devant l'appartement permet de manger dehors en face de la Meije. Une barrière protège du ravin mais les enfants en bas âge doivent rester sous la surveillance des parents. L’appartement au-dessus est occupé régulièrement par les propriétaires.
