Face à l'océan, doté d’un spa privatif à la vue incroyable et en rdc d'une jolie maison, charmant duplex pour parenthèse enchantée. A 100m de la vie de la centrale et 10 min à pied du centre ville, il offre tout le confort et la proximité que l’on peut rechercher . A l’extérieur, terrasse + 2 places de stationnement ! Sur la mezzanine couchage lit 160 (isolé mais pas fermé), 1 vraie ch avec 1 lit 160+ 1 petite ch avec lit de 90 + dressing . Vacances idéales pour petits et grands / tv et wifi

The garden is fully enclosed and the property is rented for the exclusive use of the Tenant. The villa has a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a comfortable living room and is fully air-conditioned. Pool or jacuzzi rental is possible for an additional fee. Please note that the pool is heated and can be rented from April to October.

My accommodation is 100 meters from the mythical beach of Estagnots, a surf spot internationally known by all lovers of board sports and thrills. You'll love this place because of the location, the calm, the immediate access to bike paths, the proximity to shops and golf courses. Parking space on the property. Pool access exclusively reserved for owners. We have a dog that we keep away from guests. We do not allow pets.
