The property is split by a fence with two smaller dogs in the back house that are well contained. ** no smoking on property or in unit, if smoking is evident an additional $100 cleaning fee will be added after check out . *this is a quiet safe neighborhood near kate sessions Park , there will be normal neighborhood noises i.e. Monday morning trash pick up. **There is a strict no extra guest policy, only those staying at the studio are allowed on the premise, no parties or gatherings of any kind. ** no dogs (requests can be submitted for small dogs under 20lbs w/ additional cleaning fee of $50 **any additional cleaning needed is charged at a rate of $20 per hr.

The unit has three rooms — the main section with queen size bed, dining table and seating; the bathroom (shower); and kitchen (refrigerator, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, air fryer, microwave, and electric juicer). Our private ocean view upstairs unit is light and airy, with comfortable furniture. It's spacious, clean and cozy with gorgeous views through over-sized windows. Surfing, swimming and sunbathing are walking distance 5 blocks down the street at Tourmaline Surf Park or hop on a bike and head north to visit La Jolla's world famous beaches.
