Walk 10 minutes to the ocean. Schools are located on either side of the property, so there are sounds of playing children until the afternoon but peaceful evenings. Bus stop for the 30 line on the corner, that runs to LJ Shores beach, UCSD and Pacific Beach. Off-street parking. Owner lives in front bungalow.
