House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

Bordeaux is less than 30 minutes away, you can visit the beaches of the South West (Dune du Pilat, Lacanau...) in less than an hour, or visit the beautiful landscapes of the Dordogne. A spa and massage parlor is located behind the vacation rental to relax during your stay.

The beautiful Girondine is happy to host you in its adjoining gîte (40 m2), nestled in the heart of the vineyards, its wine activities, located only 1.5 km from the center of Saint-Émilion and provides parking and bicycle shelter. On the ground floor: a living room with access to a private furnished terrace, a fully equipped open kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: one with a beautiful canopy and a large double bed; the second bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with toilet.

Le Cosy is a charming, air-conditioned 60-m² detached house with a 35-m² covered terrace in a quiet location, plus a swimming pool, barbecue, and deck chairs, with a large 2,500-m² enclosed garden. (Baby bed available). Shops are 3 km away. Bordeaux 20 km away, Saint-Emilion 30 minutes away, Citadelle de Blaye 30 minutes away. We have 3 adorable female dogs: a Golden Retriever & two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
