Hamlet house from 1820 with magnificent views of the lake, mountains and Duingt Castle. Located on the mountainside in one of the last preserved hamlets of Lake Annecy, village house atmosphere with beautiful terrace over the garden and magnificent views. A traditional Mountain village house full of charm with beautiful features and some beams date back to the original building. The beautiful village of Hautecour is situated above the market town of Moutiers where you will be able to shop for all of your day to day needs, and relax in the cafe's and restaurants . A 15-minute drive will get you to the lift station at Brides Les Bains for access to the fantastic 3 valleys in winter or a chance to relax in the famous spa waters in summer.

We are pleased to host you in our lovely little house/old masonry shed, completely renovated and refurbished with care in mid-2021. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.
