Amazing sea view from the garden

Our beautiful house, completely remodeled and refurnished in 2012 and is located in the upper part of the country. The whole building enjoys the stunning view of the La Maddalena Archipelago! It is an apartment of 70 square meters with 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and the other with a french bed), one bathroom with shower, a large living room, kitchen and a garden of 100 square meters equipped with deck chairs, veranda with table and chairs to dine admiring the stunning sea views over La Maddalena Archipelago.

Splendida villa indipendente situata a 30 metri dal mare nel golfo di Cugnana a 1 km da Porto Rotondo, vicinissima alla Costa Smeralda, con ampio giardino. Tre camere e due bagni, con 6 posti letto. A 150 metri dalla spiaggia di Baja con vista mare ed il tramonto del Phi Beach, elegante e confortevole bilocale dotato di tutti i confort con giardino esclusivo vista mare. Ideale per 4 persone ma con il quinto letto aggiuntivo, la casa si trova inserita in piccolo residence con piscina ed e’ comoda a tutti i servizi.
