Studio with stunning sea views

You will be right on the water on the most famous avenue of the Riviera, the Promenade des Anglais. We are also close to the city center but also to the airport. The tram behind the building will take you to the airport in 10 minutes and to the city center in 5 minutes. You'll love my place for its stunning sea views. Angl." and the beach is 20 m away. 15 m walk to the city center and 10 min to the train station and the airport (bus. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stylish, but cosy livingroom with an open kitchen. Additionally it has a garden. It has a marvelous view to the ocean!
