The terrace, with garden furniture and dining area, offers a splendid sea view.

Very sunny, it is located on the 1st floor and offers a fantastic view over the Baie des Anges. The accommodation suits to families, couples, business travelers and to big groups. My little attic cabin (mansard)

A real cozy little nest under the roofs in the heart of the city of Nice, very sunny and quiet, take care of my little cabin :) The apartment is an attic on one floor, it looks like a Tiny House because it is 33 m2 in total including 15 m2 Carrez law, and the entrance is through a private staircase. The night space is open to the living room. I lived in the cabin for 2 years to renovate it and make it a real cocoon to welcome you.
