Holiday rentals with beach access in La Madeleine, Nice

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Mathieu and Sophie's beautiful home! They're backyard is a perfect spot to relax under the tree and overlook the ocean. It's also a perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunrises. The home is very modern with very high tech controls but able to quickly learn due to their very well written instructions. The ability to play music from their built in speakers was a nice touch. Having a private parking spot was very helpful since we had a car. We loved the neighborhood, close to bakeries, a bocci ball park, and not far from restaurants and shopping. But far away enough from the city center for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Thank you to Mathieu and Sophie for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Peaceful location and beautiful view!

We had a memorable time in sunny South of France. The place offers plenty both space and privacy for plenty of people. Location is unbeatable, sea view is amazing!

Excellent location as it is close to the beach and sufficiently “far away” from the noise. It's easy to walk around town with many services nearby. 5-Star Host always ready to help and easy conversation. Esteve always worried about helping with everything. My congratulations to Mr. Marcello.

This apartment is spectacular! Building is modern, clean and convenient to shops and restaurants. Enjoying dining in JLP! The view is mesmerizing and sunsets over Cannes. Enjoyed seeing the activity on the boardwalk, people strolling. Lots of young families in JLP. We visited from the US for a week with our 7-month old baby. Appreciated the crib, toys, beach supplies and well stocked kitchen. Check in was smooth. Allowed a few hours early with thorough instructions. 5-star and highest recommendation for your holiday!

Spacious apartment and very responsive and helpful host. Great aircon for the height of summer season. Pool lovely and well located for both walking into Antibes and Juan Les Pins. Could be modernised in some areas like the kitchen but all very clean and things working fine.

Wonderful apartment. Amazing location. The residential complex is clean, there is a large store, a pizzeria, a park and the sea nearby. There is nothing unnecessary in the rooms. The kitchen is separate, all equipped. The bathroom is comfortable, the toilet is separate. Dishes are enough, induction stove, the oven is good. Beautiful balcony and view. There were plenty of towels and linen. But we were under the impression that the linen was not changed, but the clean one was provided. Underground convenient parking. Very satisfied with our stay in this apartment . Estelle was available. It was easy to switch even to German.

Great view and impressive location. Beautiful terraces and balconies. The passing train hardly disturbed. Two beaches within 10-15 minutes' walking distance. The direct path down to the beach, which apparently once existed, is unfortunately no longer accessible. Very pleasant stay.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

This was the best Air Bnb I've ever stayed in, Christophe and Deborah couldn't do enough for us. We were a family of four with small kids and the location and accommodation was ideal. Thank you both for a brilliant holiday.

This is our second time staying in this apartment and we had a very good time again. The location is strategic (there is a walk along the sea with a breathtaking view that allowed us to get to Monaco in 15/20 min on foot) and parking is easy to find and very close to the entrance of the house. There was a new dye on the walls that made the apartment renovated and even more cared for.

A beautiful, well positioned apartment where everything has been done to a really high spec and feels brand new. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean with all the basics you could need with two shower rooms with toilets plus a separate toilet and jacuzzi bath. It was our first visit to Antibes so we’re flying a little blind but lucked out with this apartment — facing the sea with views from every window along a promenade that made for peaceful walks home from the daily market or wandering around the old town/ coming back from dinner, both of which reachable in 5 minutes by foot. In between two beaches and easy to bounce from Antibes to the beaches of juan les pins or take the train up and down the coast as you wish. I travelled with a 2 nearly 3 year old and she had the time of her life!

This studio facing the sea is a jewel, very well-equipped and cozy, Wendy made sure we lacked nothing! I would recommend it without hesitation!

The apartment is well-equipped, access is private and secure, Flo's tourist guide is very helpful. Underground garage, swimming pool, paddle board, location facing the sea are notable advantages. Once again, a gem of a find with a fantastic, responsive host. When travelling, it's the details that matter most and Nina has EVERY detail covered. Let's start with an absolutely immaculate, sparkling home with ample space for two. On arrival there was a bowl of fresh fruit, a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolates on the pillows and a welcome card, The spacious bathroom was fully stocked with necessities. The kitchen is a dream and equally stocked. The home itself is extremely spacious and faces the sea with soft cool breezes and the sounds of birds constantly filling the apartment—a million dollar view. Monaco is short 10-12 minute walk and it's steps to restaurants and a small grocery store—there is also an enormous Carrefour along the walk to Monaco. A beautiful beach is also a simple 5 minute walk down the hill. This home is the perfect distance from the busy of Monaco and it's made even better by Nina's incredible care. Merci beaucoup Nina. We'll be back.

Apartment as described, near the sea and with a very large swimming pool in the residence which was very uncrowded in the second half of August. Very clean and perfect welcome with Heidi and Jeroen. No complaints.

We had a great time at Amria's place. The apartment is located close to shops, the beach or even old Antibes. Amria is an available, responsive host with good advice. I highly recommend staying at Amria's place for a stay in Antibes.

This is the perfect place to stay in Menton. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Delphine was the perfect host and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here and enjoying all Menton has to offer.

Very pleasant and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing as well as in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely furnished, we felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers beautiful views of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need a car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We highly recommend this apartment.
