The terrace, with garden furniture and dining area, offers a splendid sea view.

Two independent rooms, quiet, bright, unobstructed view, with kitchenette and shower room, 30 m2, 4th floor without elevator, traditional Nice building, 5 minutes walk to the sea and bus and tram stops, many shops within walking distance. The accommodation is directly adjacent to that of the owner, and corresponds to a part made independent. Check-in time is fixed but say the desired check-in time to see if it is possible.

Our apartment was fully new renovated and redecorated in 2017, further renovations in 2023 and 2024 (p.e. new windows). It is located on the "Prom. d. Angl." and the beach is 20 m away. 15 m walk to the city center and 10 min to the train station and the airport (bus. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stylish, but cosy livingroom with an open kitchen. Additionally it has a garden. It has a marvelous view to the ocean!
