Facing the sea, our beautiful 66 m2 apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2022. It is located on the 8th and top floor with elevator in a residential building. It consists of a large entrance hall with storage, two bedrooms (one with a loggia), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a large living room incorporating a lounge, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace, with garden furniture and dining area, offers a splendid sea view.

My apartment is located at the foot of tram line 2 (Fabron stop), 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the center (Avenue Jean Médecin). Public bikes are found in front of the residence. At the foot of the accommodation: supermarket, bakery, beach 80 meters away. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The large terrace allows you to enjoy the sun all year round! Finally, there is free parking about 500 meters from the apartment. The cat moved out😁.

27 m2 studio in the "Golden Square" (garage by reservation, possible), with all its small shops and restaurants. Great place to stay by the sea (300 m from the beaches). The tram is 450 m away (6-minute walk), the train station is 900 m away (11-minute walk). The studio is air-conditioned and composed of a 10 m2 terrace, a 140 cm double bed, a 140 cm "BZ" sofa bed, an equipped kitchen (utensils, pressure cooker, various coffee makers, including a "Nespresso").
