Bygningene har egen vaktmester som steller fellesarealene, slik at det til enhver tid er rent og ryddig på området. Ved det private bassengområdet er det gratis solsenger og badevakt i sesongen. Fra La Manga Beach Club er det også kort vei over til strendene på Middelhavssiden, 5 minutters gange.
