The apartment is very well located safe, and quiet .Norma greeted us before check-in time why my flight arrived super early and then took us to a bakery park that we can have breakfast.The apartment is a block away from the Inca and from there one can take a collective that in 10 minutes or less can take you to the whereabouts of the electric train.

Sisley was very friendly and clear with the instructions and rules in the accommodation, the stay was very comfortable.

Patricia is a fantastic host. She always responded immediately to any questions before & during our stay. Patricia's apartment is incredible! It is very spacious, very well-lit with tons of natural light through the windows, & located on a secure block with lots of green space to enjoy. I highly recommend walking down the greenway along the stream to the Pentagonito while you are here. We definitely plan to stay here again!

I greatly enjoyed my four week stay at Ceasar's Airbnb. The place is as good a deal as you will find in Lima in or a short walking distance to Barranco and Miraflores. Other Airbnbs in the area are at least 30% more. Google maps should show you the short cut walking route to Barranco and Miraflores. It's past the backside of the Plaza Vea (which has a great cheap supermarket in it) and eventually to the Barranco and Miraflores signs, from there you are another 5-10 minute walk to the famous cliffs that overlook the ocean. From the door of the apartment to the cliffs is about a 15-20 minute walk total. There is a nice quiet part right next to the apartment and many other parks in the nieghborhood. Ceasar and his cousin Victor who helps him run the Airbnb are both fluent in English, very honest, and will answer any questions for you. Thank you Ceasar and Victor!

Wonderful stay! Really Doña Paola and Diego were extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place. Everything worked out perfect and they had more than what one could ask for for a good stay.

I was for a week and the stay was super good, if I would score higher than 5 I would ⭐️ not hesitate to put more stars. The apartment is well implemented the place is very quiet and accessible, it has a very quiet and beautiful park, in conclusion the next time I return I will not hesitate to return to this place, RECOMMENDED 10/10. I really liked the place was a lot of fun and relaxing I wanted to go again at another opportunity, I didn't have any inconvenience in getting to the destination and the house was exactly as shown in the pictures.

I had a problem and Ursula bent over backwards to help me resolve it. She is extremely helpful and if she was a Boy Scout in the United States, she would be Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent! Our experience in this country house was incredible, my family and I felt right at home. It was a meeting point where we all fit very comfortable and with enough beds and bathrooms for a large group. It is three stories with a very large pool and with levels that the children and adults entered. The guardian and host were always attentive and helpful. They have various types of games like ping pong, pool table, volleyball, hand fulbito s, toad and even made a bonfire 🔥 i.e. with so many activities you don't get bored and we were all always playing everything. The kitchen is very spacious and has two stoves where it was more than enough to cook for my whole group. We recommend all families who want a quiet, large, comfortable, and cozy place. Where you can disconnect from the city routine and connect with loved ones and little ones. Thank you so much for hosting us and we will recommend them with our acquaintances. Blessings

This is the second time staying in a Juan Daniel apartment, and it's certainly not the last. As a host it is a 10/10, always willing to help and attentive to your well being. The apartment is very small, but has everything you need. It's perfect for someone like me who works remotely, travels alone, and doesn't spend much time in the house. The neighborhood is quiet and very well connected to buses, the Metropolitano, combis and mototaxis. If you want to know life in Lima as it really is, and buy in the market, go on public transport and meet the people who live there, it is the ideal accommodation. I hope to return to the same apartment soon.

It was a unique experience, an apartment with a balcony to the sea and the Larcomar, the day I return to Lima I will try to be there again. It's worth it.

Everything is super good. The place is incredible and much more if you go with children, the only thing that could possibly be improved is the kitchen and the utensils , everything else is super good. Anthony was attentive and very understandable with check in.
