Small renovated apartment on the ground floor of our house in the heart of the Bauges at the end of a cul-de-sac that opens onto a trail leading directly to the 3 lakes and other beautiful walks. The apartment is located in a quiet hamlet with access to amenities a 5-minute drive away (supermarket, bakery, butcher, ice cream and chocolate shop, convenience store, etc.). Free parking is available in the hamlet. About 35 minutes from Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, 1 hour from Geneva.

Located in the Bauges Regional Natural Park, classified by UNESCO. Immerse yourself in a natural and relaxing setting and come and practice all kinds of activities (skiing, snowshoeing, hiking...) (resorts nearby) and enjoy idyllic landscapes (Lake ANNECY, Lake du Bourget...).

You can rest, practice outdoor activities (cycling, hiking, climbing, swimming, skiing, etc.), visit Annecy (35/40 min), Aix-les-Bains (35 min) or Chambéry (45 min), or enjoy local specialties. Less than 2 km away, you will find a bakery/grocery store, as well as a bar/restaurant. All other amenities are within a 10 km radius.
