Authentic alpine chalet called "Le Veillou" dating from 1931 and which was once used as a surveillance post for the first ski slopes of VILLARD-DE-LANS. Located on the heights of the village, at a place called "Les Cochettes". Ideal location for the start of many hikes (Col Vert, Cascade de la Fauge, etc.) and 5 min drive to downtown. the cottage is in a very quiet area surrounded by woods with walking trails in the forest 200 meters away. Covered outdoor terrace with sofa and armchair for good relaxation. We are 45 minutes from the first ski resorts. Our home is 10 meters away so we will advise you if necessary and will be very responsive if there are any issues.
