It's an ideal flat for a couple or a single person, with one bedroom and a desk. The living-dining room with a two-burner cooker and a small gas oven is shared. It has a private bathroom with a hot shower (gas water heater). There's sunlight in the bedroom in the morning and in the living room in the afternoon. It has some indoor plants. You have your own entrance and private patio, without street noise. Our house has an alarm system, and you can lock the apartment with a metal gate.

We are not in the heart of La Paz but there is direct public transport (or by your own car) to the different areas of the magical, mystical and surprising city.
