This gorgeous house is located in a private gated community called Pedregal de La Paz with an amazing ocean view. The community has a tennis court and a small soccer field. The house is on a hill and it is a 3-minute car ride away from a beach called “El Caimancito”. The famous Malecon de La Paz, where you can walk by the sea and visit restaurants of all kinds, is 3.3 kms. away. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico such as Balandra and El Tecolote, are within just 20 kms.

"Casa Olivo La Paz is the perfect choice for families and/or travelers coming for pleasure or for business. 5 minutes by car from the seawall of La Paz or 5 minutes using the cyclovia that is located right in front of the house and 300 meters from the beach.
