Our stay at this beachfront apartment was absolutely incredible! The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for. The private rooftop was a highlight, perfect for BBQing and enjoying the stunning views of the beach. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the lively town and plenty of dinner options within walking distance. The beach was pristine, with fun boat tours available, and the sand was perfect for relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of fantastic. Overall, a truly lovely experience, and we hope to return again some day! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Mexican beach getaway.

Juan and Salvador were very accommodating. They were friendly and very helpful and created a positive vibe around the complex. The location is very good…lot’s of restaurants, local music and amenities.

Excellent location with the beach a few steps away, the arrival can be a bit complicated but that is due to the state of the roads and streets, which is common in this area. Great option to relax for a couple of days, the town and the beach are very quiet, few people and very nice landscapes. The only thing I would have a suggestion about is to have more kitchen utensils available. Tip: Replace the bathroom lock with one that doesn't use a key. Thank you for everything, we hope to return soon.

Really impressed with this place for the price point! Max 10 minutes into the heart of Sayulita. It’s a very slight incline so not tiring. The place had a well stocked kitchen and beach towels. Kuerig with a reusable pod was nice to grab local coffee. Great shower and having Netflix and apps on the tv was nice. The host was excellent. I would highly recommend

Loooove the Margarita’s Bungalows. The garden and pool are beautiful, the units are charming and nicely appointed. AC and WiFi work great. Neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. We had a minor maintenance issue in the unit that was resolved promptly and professionally. I really enjoyed staying in Higuera Blanca. It’s out of the craziness of Sayulita and much closer to the surf breaks of Riviera Nayarit, and still has all sorts of lovely little restaurants and fondas. The walk to Litibú is nice. And Monkey Mountain is right here! All said, 5/5, will stay again.

We loved it so much. Basically on the beach. It felt secure without being locked away. Nicolas was so helpful. Brindi the dog was lovely. Friendly neighbours. A short walk into town to get groceries. Amazing food options all over. Everything was affordable.

This was a sweet spot near the beach in a quiet complex where many people rent for extended stays. The neighborhood was very peaceful ... people went to bed and woke up early every day. The bungalow was a perfect comfortable-minimalist stay for our group of 6 people. Everything we needed to settle in and enjoy the area.

A Little Oasis with Hammocks, Sunshine & Oxxo Nearby! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat that still keeps you close to the action, this place is a gem! It's just a few minutes' walk from the bus station—so close that even your suitcase wheels won’t have time to complain. Oxxo is right around the corner for all your last-minute snack runs (or emergency midnight cravings), and there are plenty of local restaurants nearby to keep your taste buds entertained. The main happening area is about a 15-minute stroll away—just enough to burn off those tacos but not enough to make you reconsider getting more. But honestly, you might not even want to leave because the stay itself feels like an oasis. Think lush plants, towering trees, and a small water fountain adding just the right amount of zen. Oh, and hammocks-so many hammocks! Whether you’re a sun-seeker or a shade-lover, there’s a perfect lounging spot waiting for you. Highly recommended.

The house is really cute, it's as described in the photos. Elena is very communicative and flexible with check-in and check-out times, as long as le informs. We were with two dogs and it is safe for them to be in the open area as there is no way out of the patio. If there is noise in the mornings as there are roosters and chickens around, but Elena provides earplugs. Other than that (which Elena can't control) everything was perfect 😊
