"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Beautiful studio in the apartment PROMAR in the town of La Pineda. The beach is 70 meters away and features a seasonal outdoor pool ( оpen from 21June to 11 September ) and a children's playground. The first line of the sea, a huge selection of various cafes and restaurants. The SPA center of SPALAS is 20 minutes walk, the walk to the water park will take 10 minutes, the amusement park Port Aventura is 2.5 km away. Reus Airport is 8 km away, Barcelona Airport is 90 km away.

The house is very bright, recently renovated, and has all the amenities such as a 55 "TV with Smart TV, air conditioning and large terrace.The situation is exceptional, in an enclave with concierge, private security 24 hours, swimming pool with sunbeds and private parking included.The beach is 100 meters away, and in the surroundings you will enjoy all the possible services (Spa, wellness, Gym ..)
