Nous l'avons voulue chaleureuse et fonctionnelle pour notre famille de 6 enfants. Vous vous déplacerez à pied (ou en vélo mis à votre disposition) pour rejoindre la plage de "Port Meleu" (6 minutes à pied), les commerces (boulangeries, supérette, le mythique "Grand Bazar" et ses bonbons à l'unité), les restaurants, la bibliothèque, le cinéma, le club de tennis...

A 1 km de Tharon plage avec son grand marché le mardi et le vendredi.  A   3  km de la Plaine sur mer. A 7 km de Pornic. Supermarchés à 2,5 kms. Linge de lits et serviettes de toilette fournis ! Come and spend your holidays in peace, 100 meters from the beach, at Le Cormier in La Plaine sur mer. Our house, with garden, is ideal for spending quality time with family or friends. We live there part of the year and rent it out when we are not there. It is a typical single-storey coastal house, with all comforts, consisting of three bedrooms (a master bedroom, a guest bedroom and a dormitory with two double bunk beds and a single bed).

You can gather around the stove on winter evenings. The equipped kitchen offers you the possibility to prepare your favorite recipes.

Our family home faces the sea and welcomes you for weekends as well as for your vacation weeks on the Côte de Jade. It is well equipped and has all the comforts to make you feel good! It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with 140 double beds, the last with 3 single beds that can form a 160 bed (8 adults maximum). It is convenient for 2 families with its 2 sleeping areas separated by the living room. The attic cabin will delight your children!

You will surely fall in love with the view from the terrace over the sea and the panoramic view of the Bay and Tharon. During low tides you can fish for clams, Cormier beach is famous for this. You can indulge in board sports (Sailing, Windsurfing, Windsurfing, Kite Surfing) the spot is very popular and very secure. Our 90 m2 family home on a 1000 m2 lot has the comfort of a vacation home, and direct access to the beach.

Nice peaceful and newly renovated vacation home offering a relaxing beach stay for the whole family, suitable for all ages. WE PROVIDE sheets, towels, tea towels, basic groceries), step-free access. The beach 800 m away is suitable for swimming and water sports as well as fishing (mussels, oysters etc.). Pets are welcome, they even have a corner under the stairs dedicated to them. Smoking is only allowed outside.
